410 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the binding terms and conditions governing your use of the 410 platform. By registering for or using any 410 service, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any feature on the 410 platform — whether via website or mobile app — you explicitly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the platform's Privacy Policy, and all supplementary guidelines published from time to time.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 410. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use this platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
This platform is only open to individuals aged 18 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 410 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Submitting false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.
- Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password secure and must not share it with any other party.
- 410 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to secure their login credentials.
Prohibited Use
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, financial misconduct, or any activity that contravenes Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical method to exploit the system or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's infrastructure constitutes a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Sharing content or information that infringes copyright, or that is obscene or harmful, is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 410 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following terms govern all financial activity by users on the platform:
Deposits are made via payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX, local e-wallets, and verified debit cards. All deposits are processed in RM. Minimum deposit limits are as displayed on the deposit page. 410 does not accept third-party deposits — the sender and account holder must be the same person.
Winnings will be withdrawn to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. 410 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are as stated on the withdrawal page and are subject to internal review procedures.
If you have any dispute regarding a transaction, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date. After this period, the transaction will be considered accepted and confirmed by the user. 410's decision in resolving any dispute is final.
Important Note: Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements. Users should read the terms of each promotion before activating it. Winnings derived from bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
The 410 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While 410 endeavours to ensure platform availability and accuracy at all times, we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors. 410 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages suffered by users as a result of technical disruptions, odds display errors, or any circumstances beyond our control.
410's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 410 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of 410 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written consent from 410.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 410 platform may utilise third-party payment providers, game content providers, or other third-party services. 410 is not responsible for the privacy policies, security, or content of those third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Amendments to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
410 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- Confirmed ownership of multiple accounts.
- False or invalid registration information.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
410 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use after the amended Terms are published will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 410 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
